8 Months Old

Happy 8 month birthday Gracie!!! She is getting so BIG and so grownup!!! We joke that she thinks she is already a teenager - what an attitude for such a little thing!! She is cruising around everything - I finally babyproofed the house yesterday. She loves to play with her toys again!!! The remote is still exciting but so are the books and stuffed animals. She loves looking at photographs especially if they are of herself!! She loves tablefood!!! Her favorites are chicken, potatoes and anything fruity!!! She still really loves being held only now she climbs all over you as you are holding her. She LOVES if your cheer "YEAH" and will join in loud and proud!!! She has started waving - usually "hi" instead of "goodbye" Her favorite face is a scrunched up nose!!! Her 2 bottom teeth are completely in and they are very helpful in holding the toy in the mouth with no hands!!! Crawling around is still fun but now she will actually do it without fussing as she is following you around the house. Her favorite person in the world is her cousin Paige - only to show her love for cousin Paige, she climbs all over her and tries to give her kisses all OVER!!!(Paige is not a fan of all the closeness) And last but not least, she LOVES to talk - and although right now it doesn't make much sense - she seems to really enjoy what she is saying sometimes just giggling away at herself!!! What a change just a month makes - we are loving EVERY minute and can't wait for the next 31 days!!!!
